Delivery and Returns

Other Personalised items: 10 - 15 working days after we have received confirmation of your Design Plan
Yorkshire Range: 5-7 working days.

When an item is ready you will be advised by email of its despatch. Standard delivery is normally via Royal Mail. Please note standard shipping time is 2-3 days from dispatch.

Items from our Yorkshire range are delivered within 5-7 working days.

Christmas Ordering Dates: Last date for ordering to guarantee Christmas delivery is December 3rd. After this date please enquiry before placing you order. 

Returns:
We are happy to accept the return of our Yorkshire range products within 14 days of purchase and a full refund will be provided. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Personalised items are manufactured to order and due to their customer specific design cannot be returned for refund. A design plan is sent once an order is placed, confirmation of the design is required before manufacturer begins.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Odd Bobbin, 9 West End Rise, Horsforth, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS18 5JL

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
